Cassandra provides legal counsel in all family court matters: pre-nuptial agreements, divorce, child custody, child support, adoption, and juvenile matters.
Cassandra also provides legal services to non-profit corporations throughout New Jersey serving as general corporate counsel. She handles a variety of matters, including corporate governance, employment issues, development of bylaw and policies and procedures. She served as an Assistant Township Counsel for the Township of Montclair.
Cassandra began her career in the federal criminal courts of New Jersey and the Eastern District of Brooklyn in handling matters such as, drug importation, drug distribution, fraud and witness tampering. In the state courts, she has handled numerous homicides, sexual assaults, robbery and CDS offenses. She has extensive experience in both federal and state courts handling criminal and civil matters.

• dismissal of a suit alleging violations of the New Jersey Law Against Discrimination against a municipality for failure to hire due to sexual orientation
• Acquittal of case where defendant was accused of possession and distribution of CDS
• Winning a $1,000,000 judgment against a landlord where the tenant received second and third degree burns due to his negligence
