Cassar and Co. was founded in 1995. Starting with a local general practice, the firm now specializes in Commercial Law extending through out the Commonwealth of the Bahamas and maintains a fully staffed office offering a diverse scope of commercial legal services inclusive of the incorporation of companies. The firm encourages participation in continuing legal education seminars, professional association activities and civic affairs. The firm also has an extensive client base through out the world including the United States, Canada, Europe (France/London), Australia and Latin America.
