| Biography | Catherine Blackburn Kinsey is a litigator with experience in a wide range of commercial disputes, including employment agreements and covenants against competition, breach of contract, partnership dissolution, employment discrimination, business torts and commercial insurance. A former felony prosecutor, she has extensive courtroom experience at all phases of criminal litigation, including jury trials and extradition proceedings.
