In her real estate practice, Cathi represents clients in matters ranging from domestic and international lease agreements for office, warehouse and retail space to the purchase and sale of local and national real estate assets. She also has advised local governments in a variety of matters, including compliance with laws pertaining to public works projects and compliance with state open records laws (i.e., Sunshine Laws).
In her construction and design practice, Cathi counsels owners, consultants and architects in connection with a variety of matters, including complying with state licensing regulations and drafting and negotiating contracts, including those on American Institute of Architects (AIA) forms.
Cathi was named Partner in 2009. She joined Husch Blackwell as an Associate in 2002.

· Represents a New York Stock Exchange listed electronics and telecommunications company in its acquisitions and dispositions of properties in the United States and Canada
· Represents a regional bank in connection with its construction of new branch locations and refurbishment of existing locations
· Represents a St. Louis public arts institution in its $120 million expansion project
· Represents a St. Louis not-for-profit corporation in connection with the development and operation of Citygarden, a $40 million sculpture garden and public park in the heart of downtown St. Louis, Mo.
· Represents a St. Louis not-for-profit corporation in connection with the development of the Malcolm W. Martin Memorial Park, a regional park located in East St. Louis, Ill.
· Represented, as local Illinois counsel, a New York Stock Exchange listed coal company in its $1.085 billion financing transaction
