Cathleen Scott & Associates was established in November 2000 and is devoted exclusively to the areas of labor, employment, and healthcare.
The firm represents individuals and companies in all employment related matters including numerous state and federal courts as well as administrative agencies. The firm handles employee-oriented claims including all aspects of discrimination, non-compete, breach of contract, wrongful discharge, arbitration, public policy violations and union issues.
A significant portion of the firm's practice is devoted to representing health care professionals and companies in health care and employment related contracts, compliance, HIPAA, Stark Laws as well as OSHA.
The firm also handles all aspects of criminal defense. We offer a free initial consultation to anyone who has been arrested or charged with a crime. We represent adults and juveniles who have been charged with misdemeanors, felonies, or violations of probation.
