Céline Legendre is a partner in our Litigation Group in Montréal.
Ms. Legendre's practice focuses on commercial litigation including large scale securities litigation, class actions and regulatory investigations.
Ms. Legendre has been retained by regulatory bodies in the context of drafting legislation regulating the oversight of regulatory bodies. She has also represented clients in regulatory investigations as well as assisted regulatory bodies in the conduct of securities investigations.
Prior to obtaining her diploma in law, Ms. Legendre received her bachelor's degree in political science with a specialty in strategic studies at the Université de Montréal in 1997.
She received her LLB from the Université de Montréal in June 2000, and was called to the Québec bar in 2001.
