Cesar F. Pereira

Cesar F. Pereira is a litigation associate. He received a Bachelor of Arts and a Masters in Public Administration from New York University in 2000 and 2001 and received his law degree from Boston College Law School in 2005, where he was the Managing Editor of the Boston College Environmental Affairs Law Review. Prior to joining Peckar & Abramson, Mr. Pereira was an assistant corporation counsel for the New York City Law Department where he represented the City of New York and other public entities in public contracting and construction law matters. Mr. Pereira is admitted to practice before the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York and the District of New Jersey, as well as, the state courts of New York and New Jersey. He is a resident in our New York Office.
