Chad is an Associate in the Firm's Debt Finance and Capital Markets Group. Chad represents banks, finance companies, investment funds, other investors, and corporate clients in a broad range of debt financing transactions. Chad has experience advising financial institutions and corporate clients regarding statutory and regulatory obligations.
Chad also has extensive U.S. domestic and international capital markets experience. Chad's clients have included corporate issuers and selling security holders in U.S. and international securities offerings as well as many of the major U.S. and international investment banking firms acting as underwriters in public and private offerings of equity and debt. Chad has extensive experience with SEC registered, Rule 144A and traditional private placement securities offerings.
Notable Experience
ˇ Counsel to agent/lenders in the refinancing of a $220 million senior credit facility.
ˇ Counsel to domestic wireless provider in a $95 million syndicated financing.
ˇ Counsel to lender in connection with establishing a $60 million acquisition financing facility for private equity portfolio companies.
ˇ Counsel to a wireless corporation in the refinancing of its $88 million senior credit facility.
