Chad is an associate in the Business Law Group. He practices in the areas of information technology and intellectual property law, with experience in trade-mark, patent and copyright law, industrial design, and intellectual property litigation.
Before joining Cassels Brock as an associate, Chad practiced at a boutique intellectual property law firm in Toronto.
Chad received his law degree from the University of Western Ontario, graduating with an Area of Concentration in Intellectual Property, Information and Technology Law.
Prior to attending law school, Chad obtained a degree in Mining Engineering from Queen's University and worked as a Mining Production Engineer for Inco Ltd.
