Chadwick & Aldunate

Chadwick & Aldunate Abogados is the result of a merge of two traditional law firms from Santiago: Aldunate y Cia., founded in 1875 and Chadwick y Cia., founded in 1992. With this merge both offices intend to join energies in order to provide a better and more complete service to their customers, extending the areas of practice and the number of attorneys that integrate it.

In a joint effort and work, it covers a variety of legal works involved with most areas of law. In this sense, it has obtained special recognition for its capacity to solve juridical problems of difficult solution, mainly in the field of legislation with regard to antitrust, construction, infrastructure concessions and administrative law, among others.

Its experience in the negotiation of prejudicial and judicial agreements in bankruptcy processes is another aspect of its practice that must be noticed.
