Mr. Yuen's practice has focused on corporate commercial litigation, ranging from complex, multi-jurisdictional insurance coverage lawsuits to the defense of product liability suits and cases involving breach of franchise agreements. He has also handled matters involving ERISA, trademark, patent, environmental, securities, insolvency, and bankruptcy law. He regularly assists clients with negotiation of contract terms and recovery for breach.
Mr. Yuen acts as a mediator in various types of disputes. He regularly authors articles, and his articles on insurance-related issues have on many occasions been cited in briefs and submitted by litigants to courts across the U.S.
