Charles Ganz, a member of Sutherland's Corporate Practice Group, practices principally in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, and securities law. Charles also advises national and multinational manufacturing, service and technology companies and other clients as to general corporate matters, contracts (including sales and supply agreements), licenses, and leases.
Charles has significant experience in complex national and international stock and asset purchase transactions, and with respect to sales, mergers, reorganizations, split-ups and dispositions, public offerings, private placements, leveraged and management buyouts, going private transactions, proxy contests and tender offers. His practice also includes institutional, commercial and asset-based lending and project finance transactions. In addition, he has significant experience with leveraged-leasing transactions.
Sutherland represented Southwire Company with it acquisition of American Insulated Wire.
Sutherland completed the $640 million sale of U.S. Security Associates.
Sutherland represented Noble Systems in a $200 million recapitalization.
