Charlie Baverman is a member of the Corporate Department. Charlie focuses his practice on representing developers, owners, landlords and tenants in commercial real estate development, leasing, zoning, foreclosure and eviction matters. He has experience drafting and negotiating a wide variety of retail and restaurant leases with a diverse group of national, regional and local entities. He combines his real estate transactional experience with litigation experience to provide clients with a comprehensive resource. Prior to joining the firm, Charlie practiced in the Cincinnati office of Faulkner & Tepe, LLP. He also previously worked as an attorney with Phillips Edison & Company.
