Charles E. Rosolio represents private and publicly held businesses on a diverse range of corporate and other transactional matters. He serves as general counsel to numerous privately held corporations, business entities, health care, and other professional practices throughout the United States, working closely with company management on matters involving mergers and acquisitions, asset sales, joint ventures, venture capital investments, financing transactions, and general corporate planning. Chuck also has helped global companies and their on-shore affiliates with major corporate reorganization and restructuring.
In addition, Chuck represents both private and publicly held companies who operate as franchisors, sub-franchisors, multi-unit franchisees in the operation of their franchise businesses, and other companies engaged in the national distribution of products. He is an Adjunct Professor of Law at the University of Maryland School of Law, where he teaches a course on Franchise Law.
