Charles Fitzpatrick is a member of the firm's Municipal Law Group and has more than 30 years of experience in representing boroughs, townships, sewer authorities, water authorities and zoning hearing boards and representing private entities in obtaining land use approvals. He provides counsel in a wide range of areas including matters of governance, procurement, finance, land use, code enforcement and utilities. He acts as government counsel or solicitor for commercial and industrial projects involving construction, sewer and water issues, proprietary function matters, difficult code enforcement, police and law enforcement concerns and for projects involving planned senior communities.
In the business area, Charles regularly represents regional businesses in general corporate matters, preparation of minutes, incorporation, merging and dissolving of entities and business transactions and contract disputes, with a special emphasis on small corporations. He also has specific experience in matters involving zoning and land use issues.
Charles works with individuals in developing and implementing estate plans and handles probate and probate administration and other estate-related real estate matters including public sale, deeds and title work.
