Charlie Flicker is an associate in our Real Property and Planning Group in Montréal. His practice focuses primarily on financing, real estate acquisitions and dispositions, public-private partnerships, leasing, and the purchase and sale of commercial and residential real estate portfolios. He also practices corporate law and securities law, with particular emphasis on mergers, acquisitions, and financing transactions, as well as consumer protection, privacy, and regulatory matters.
Mr. Flicker holds Common and Civil Law degrees from McGill University's Faculty of Law. He also earned Honours degrees in International Relations from Trinity College, University of Toronto (BA) and the London School of Economics and Political Science (M.Sc.).
He was called to the Québec bar in 2009 and is a member of the Canadian Bar Association.
