Mr. Goldberg is an associate with our Ridgeland office. He graduated from the University of Mississippi with a Bachelor of Accountancy in 2004 followed by a Master of Taxation in 2005. He then attended the Mississippi College School of Law, earning a Doctor of Jurisprudence in 2008. While in law school, Mr. Goldberg served as an intern to Justice William L. Waller, Jr. of the Mississippi Supreme Court. He was an active member in the American Inns of Court and a scholarship recipient from the Estate Planning Council of Mississippi. In 2009, he attended the Northwestern University School of Law in Chicago, Illinois where he earned an LL.M. in Taxation.
Mr. Goldberg's primary areas of practice are federal and state taxation, estate planning, probate and trust matters, and corporate and general business law. He is admitted to practice before all Mississippi state courts, federal district courts and the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit. He is a member of the American Bar Association, the American Bar Association Taxation Section and the Mississippi Bar Association.
