| Biography | Professional Experience Mr. Biederman's practice focuses primarily on the representation of artists and entities in the areas of music, film, television, books, advertising and new technologies. Clients include major writers, producers, actors, recording artists, record labels, publishing companies, social networks, studios and advertising agencies in Los Angeles, New York and Nashville, and entities from new media start-ups to Fortune 50 conglomerates. Mr. Biederman's expertise is in the drafting and negotiation of record deals, production deals, publishing agreements, executive employment agreements, producer agreements, television and film deals, sponsorship agreements, branding deals, catalogue acquisitions, and other agreements relevant to the entertainment industries. Mr. Biederman is a regular lecturer on various entertainment and media law topics and regularly teaches a class in International Entertainment Law in London. He is co-author of the casebook, Law and Business of the Entertainment Industries, Fifth Edition, 2007; Praeger Publishers.
