    Biography

    Charles J. Falletta is a Member of the Firm's Litigation Practice Group with extensive experience in complex commercial, technology and class action litigation, as well as product liability and mass tort litigation. Mr. Falletta began his career as a Law Clerk for the Honorable Harry A. Margolis, Presiding Judge of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Chancery Division, General Equity Part in Essex County. He joined the Firm in 2005 from Drinker Biddle & Reath LLP in Florham Park, New Jersey. Mr. Falletta has extensive experience in litigating matters in both state and federal trial and appellate courts involving corporations and other businesses in complex litigation, including banking clients, real estate developers, a large international electronics manufacturer, a global provider of IT products and services, and a television production company. In addition, Mr. Falletta's litigation experience includes serving on national and local counsel teams defending large pharmaceutical companies in multi-district litigations throughout the country against product liability claims involving pharmaceuticals, medical devices, as well as both consumer and industrial products. Mr. Falletta also has defended class action lawsuits and other complex commercial and tort cases involving consumer fraud, breach of contract, express and implied warranty claims, fraud, civil RICO, invasion of privacy, defamation, professional liability, unfair competition, estate litigation, and intellectual property.

    Mr. Falletta was named to the New Jersey Law Journal's®* "40 Under 40" list in 2010 for his achievements in the legal profession. He was identified as one of "New Jersey's Rising Stars" in 2011 by New Jersey Super Lawyers®* published by Thompson Reuters under Personal Injury Defense: Products, Business Litigation and Class Action/Mass Torts.
