Charles R. Holton

Holton is a member in the Research Triangle Park office of Womble Carlyle. He concentrates his practice in handling sophisticated healthcare litigation matters including products liability defense involving pharmaceutical products and medical devices, and medical malpractice defense for major medical centers. He is also experienced in handling complex construction litigation and arbitration matters, as well as construction contracting. Holton has been in litigation practice for over thirty years and is experienced in case management for large teams of attorneys and staff.
