| Biography | Charlie served as Chairman of Potter Anderson & Corroon LLP from 1988 to 1997 and has been a member of the Board of Directors of Wilmington Trust Company since 1982.
He was a Legal Secretary for the 1968 Governor's Commission on Revision of the General Corporation Law and was a member of the Governor's 1993 Committee on Complex Litigation.
Mr. Crompton is an inactive member of the Delaware Bar.
Representative Matters
Charlie practiced principally in the areas of corporate and commercial litigation and in corporate transactions. He represented many large public corporations in a wide variety of matters.
