· A general contractor in litigation relating to additional costs and the termination of a construction contract (amount in dispute: $8 million)
· A general contractor in litigation relating to the construction of a wind farm
· General contractors and subcontractors in claims and proceedings relating to legal hypothecs in the construction industry
· Owners and general contractors preparing tender documents and construction contracts
· A manufacturer in litigation with a supplier (amount in dispute: $800,000) Insureds, at the request of insurers, in actions seeking civil liability
· A disability insurer in litigation with certain insureds
· Trustees in bankruptcy assessing the validity and enforceability of security held by secured creditors
· A partnership of pharmacists in litigation relating to exercise of a right of first refusal contained in a lease (value of the property: $1 million)
