Healthcare and corporate clients rely on Charles Traughber to assist them with real estate matters. Known for his diligence, responsiveness, and for being team oriented, Charles is able to manage his matters efficiently and effectively. His focus is on acquisition and disposition of healthcare facilities, and healthcare and retail land development and leasing. Charles' responsibilities include:
· Conducting closings
· Drafting and negotiating commercial real estate documents
· Performing due diligence
He also represents both landlords and tenants in commercial leasing transactions involving shopping center space, healthcare facilities and other commercial properties.
Charles began his legal career working with several publicly traded healthcare companies on their real estate matters. In fact, he was on loan as associate counsel to one of these companies working within their in-house legal department at the company's corporate headquarters for approximately one year.
Before joining Waller, Charles worked as a recruiter for the Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County, enabling him to hone his personal skills and interact with key decision-makers within the Metropolitan Government. This experience contributed to his ability to easily communicate with clients at every level.
