Charlotte is a Member in the firm's Corporate & Securities Section in the Boston office.
She concentrates in general corporate and transactional matters, with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions, venture capital and private equity investments, and securities offerings. She provides counsel to issuers and underwriters, both buy-side and sell-side investors, and private and public companies. She has represented clients in a variety of industries, including education, health care, life sciences, biotechnology, clean technologies, telecommunications, software, consumer products, fashion, real estate development, publishing, securities brokerage, and sports and entertainment.
Charlotte is admitted to practice in Massachusetts and New York. She earned her B.A., cum laude, from Skidmore College and was awarded her J.D., cum laude, from Boston University.
