Charlotte Gillingham is an associate in the firm's Washington, DC office, where she practices in the Government Contracts group. Ms. Gillingham's practice involves counseling and/or litigating on behalf of clients in a range of government contract law areas. Her recent work includes litigating federal and state civil false claims qui tam actions, bid protests, fraud investigations, and compliance counseling. Ms. Gillingham is committed to her pro bono work in child custody matters and asylum cases as well.
Prior to joining Crowell & Moring in 2003, Ms. Gillingham served as a law clerk for the Honorable Jeffrey L. Amestoy, Chief Justice of the Vermont Supreme Court.
Ms. Gillingham obtained her undergraduate and law degrees from the University of Michigan, and she is a member of the Michigan and District of Columbia Bars.
