He also helps domestic and foreign companies establish operations and representative offices in China. Mr. Chen has handled the reorganizations, mergers and acquisitions of a number of renowned domestic and foreign companies. He has represented numerous major domestic and foreign banks and financial institutions in litigations involving guarantees, Mergers and Acquisitions, and credit. Mr. Chen Jie joined King & Wood in 2004. Before joining King & Wood, he worked as a senior counsel at Chan & Co., Vivien in Hong Kong and worked at the Economic Bench of Beijing Dongcheng People's Court. |
