Cheryl represents both lenders and borrowers in mortgage loan transactions involving acquisition and construction financing, permanent financing and revolving credit facilities. She also represents landlords and tenants in drafting and negotiating commercial leases and represents buyers and sellers in drafting and negotiating commercial agreements of sale.
