| Biography | Ms. Tritt joined Wilkinson Barker Knauer in 2010. Prior to that, she chaired the communications practice at an AmLaw 100 firm. Prior to this, she served as head of the Common Carrier (Wireline Competition) Bureau at the Federal Communications Commission and as Telecommunications Advisor to FCC Chairman Alfred C. Sikes. Ms. Tritt advised ALLTEL Corporation on the regulatory aspects of its agreement to be acquired by TPG Capital and GS Capital Partners in a transaction valued at $27.5 billion, the largest private equity acquisition in the wireless industry.
