The firm was founded in 1943 by Chief Rotimi Williams who since his call to the English Bar (Gray's Inn) in 1943 was engaged in active legal practice. He held various senior positions in Public Service, and was until his death in 2005 the Most Senior Practicing Lawyer in the country.
The firm carries on General Practice undertaking all types of legal services and handles all aspects of commercial and corporate law, including mediation and negotiation. The firm also carries on agency work for firms in other jurisdictions including consultancy in Nigerian Tax Laws, Securities and Asset Protection.
