Chris commenced work with Hassans in September 2008 and is an Associate in the Corporate & Commercial Department.
During his time at Hassans, Chris has regularly been involved in advising trustees and beneficiaries in trust disputes. Particularly, Chris has been involved in advising trustees in major trust litigation spanning various jurisdictions and relating to a trust structure worth over $1 billion.
Recently, Chris has also become involved in an international maritime dispute relating to the discovery made by Odyssey Marine Exploration Inc.
Chris also regularly advises on employment related issues and often assists in the drafting and review of employment contracts.
An LLB Honours graduate in Law from Kingston University in the United Kingdom, Chris completed the Bar Vocational Course at the Inns of Court School of Law in London and, as a member of the Middle Temple, was called to the Bar of England & Wales and Gibraltar in 2008.
