Mrs. Edwards' practice emphasizes representation of business clients in numerous spheres, including employment law, formation of various business entities, business litigation, and qui tam litigation. She also focuses on estate planning, probate, and real property law. In addition, Mrs. Edwards has formed numerous limited liability companies for large financial institutions and their client investment firms.
Mrs. Edwards has also worked with telecommunication companies, including assisting them with their steps toward deregulation.
Mrs. Edwards has been engaged in the practice of law since 1981, and joined Simpson, Kepler & Edwards, LLC, the Cody, Wyoming Division of Burg Simpson Eldredge Hersh & Jardine, P. C., in 1989.
