Christian J. Harvat

Mr. Harvat is a litigation associate. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree in political science and a minor in Theology from Rockhurst University in 2002. As an undergrad, he was a Scholar Athlete Award recipient and an inductee into Alpha Sigma Nu (National Jesuit Honors Society). Christian received his law degree from Seton Hall University School of Law in 2005 where he was a Senior Member of the Seton Hall Legislative Bureau Journal. Prior to joining Peckar & Abramson, he practiced in the construction practice group of a prominent regional law firm in Newark, NJ. He has experience in the areas of construction defects, commercial litigation, product liability and insurance coverage. Christian is admitted to practice before the courts of the State of New Jersey, the State of New York and the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey. Christian is a member of the American Bar Association, the ABA Forum on the Construction Industry. Mr. Harvat is resident in the New Jersey office.
