Christie Musser is of counsel in the Firm's Real Estate Department. Ms. Musser has experience in a wide range of real estate transactions, including the purchase and sale of real property, commercial leasing, construction and architectural agreements, real estate finance and affordable housing developments. She represents both purchasers and sellers, landlords and tenants, owners and contractors, and lenders and borrowers with respect to a variety of projects, including office, retail and light industrial developments, agricultural land, condominiums and planned unit developments.
Ms. Musser was admitted to the State Bar of California in 1991. She is a member of the American Bar Association's Forum on the Construction Industry and Forum on the Entertainment and Sports Industries, the Real Property Section of the State Bar of California, the Bar Association of San Francisco and California Women Lawyers. Prior to her legal career, Ms. Musser worked for the Metropolitan Opera Association in New York City.
Ms. Musser received her J.D. from Columbia University School of Law in 1991, where she earned the honor of Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar each of her three years, and a Bachelor of Music degree, summa cum laude, from the University of the Pacific Conservatory of Music in 1985.
