Ms. Musser was admitted to the State Bar of California in 1991. She is a member of the American Bar Association's Forum on the Construction Industry, the Real Property Section of the State Bar of California and the Bar Association of San Francisco. Prior to her legal career, Ms. Musser worked for the Metropolitan Opera Association in New York City.
Christie M. Musser is of counsel in the Firm's Real Estate Department. She specializes in representing property owners in the negotiation and documentation of architectural and engineering agreements, construction contracts and related documentation, with a particular emphasis on U.S. and international data center projects. She also provides services in connection with various other types of real estate transactions, including the purchase and sale of real property, corporate facilities development and commercial leasing. She has experience representing both purchasers and sellers, landlords and tenants, and lenders and borrowers with respect to a variety of projects, including office, retail and light industrial, agricultural land, condominium and apartment projects, and affordable housing and planned unit developments.
