Ms. Hanna is an associate in the Labor and Employment Practice Group in the firm's Los Angeles office.
Areas of Practice
Ms. Hanna specializes in labor and employment law matters on behalf of management. Ms. Hanna began her career with the labor and employment law firm of Littler Mendelson.
Ms. Hanna defends employers in various employment disputes, including allegations of discrimination, sexual harassment, wrongful termination in violation of public policy, breach of contract, and wage and hour violations. She has specific experience under the California Fair Employment and Housing Act and California's Wage and Hour Laws, as well as other California state and federal employment laws.
In addition to her employment litigation experience, Ms. Hanna also has significant traditional labor experience. Ms. Hanna has represented corporations and small businesses in organizing campaigns, elections, labor arbitration proceedings, and matters before the National Labor Relations Board, including defending against unfair labor practice allegations.
