| Biography | Christine D. Petruzzell has been a shareholder of Wilentz, Goldman & Spitzer P.A. since 1985 where she has practiced law since 1980. She concentrates in commercial litigation in the areas of practice indicated above, and has handled both the litigation and mediation of such disputes. She is a member of the firm's Commercial Litigation Team as well as the Appellate Practice Group and is Chair of the Real Estate Tax Appeals Group
Ms. Petruzzell is a member of the American Bar Association and of the New Jersey State, Middlesex and Union County and Federal Bar Associations and of Women Lawyers of Union County. She served as Chair of the Equity Jurisprudence Committee of the New Jersey State Bar Association (NJSBA) (June 2005-June 2007) and is a member of the Appellate Practice Committee. Ms. Petruzzell was also a member and contributing editor of the Editorial Board of the New Jersey Lawyer from January 1999-November 2008. In 2005, Ms. Petruzzell was appointed to the Supreme Court Committee on the Rules of Evidence and serves on the New Jersey Supreme Court on Character (appointed July 2007)
Ms. Petruzzell's community service activities include having served as Chair of the Board of Trustee of Monarch Housing Associates during 2002-2004, of which she remains a Trustee and as President of the Rutgers Newark Law School Alumni Association during 2004-2005
