An accomplished trial lawyer and persuasive negotiator, Chris has tried and won more than 50 jury trials in state and federal courts across the country. She is a member of the Technology, Manufacturing & Transportation industry group and has resolved lawsuits that sought tens of millions of dollars involving products such as capacitors, radiology equipment, augers, light rail systems, circuit boards, transformers, relays, switch gears, firearms, ammunition, polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs) and chemicals. •Obtained defense verdicts for Olin in firearm and ammunition cases in Iowa, Massachusetts and Virginia.
•Obtained judgment in favor of client in a case alleging cancer from exposure to PCBs in the food chain.
•Represented major telecommunication company in a 1,700-plaintiff class action lawsuit alleging age discrimination.

Her deep experience is recognized by her colleagues, who often seek her advice on effective trial strategies. She received the Trial Practitioner Award from Missouri Lawyers Weekly in 2010.
A member of the firm's Executive and Partner Boards, Chris also is chair of the firm's Diversity Council.
