Biography

We understand that creating an estate plan can seem like a complex and overwhelming task. This can be especially true as a client ages. We take the time to assist every client in understanding why their plan is necessary and beneficial to themselves and their loved ones.

The death of a loved one can also be of the most difficult times in a client's life. We assists our clients in navigating the tasks that must be performed at the time - from probating a Will and marshaling assets, to preparing Estate Tax returns and distribution bequests.

There are also situations that arise when it may be necessary for a client to assert their rights in an estate matter. We represent those clients in Will contests, accounting proceedings, claims against trusts and other complex matters.
