Chris has extensive experience litigating a broad range of complex commercial matters throughout the country, both at the trial and appellate level. He has successfully represented various healthcare entities in class action litigation, securities actions, civil litigation proceedings, multi-district litigation, and government disputes. Chris has also successfully represented clients in the finance, education, agribusiness and retail industries in national consumer, ERISA and antitrust class actions.
He is a sought-after speaker on topics ranging from electronic discovery, privilege and various aspects of federal practice and procedure. Chris is co-author of the Missouri Bar Association's treatise on Products Liability.
Chris is involved in a wide variety of civic and charitable activities. He is actively involved in the local arts community and regularly volunteers as a judge for local moot court and legal advocacy competitions.
