Christopher C. Miller focuses his practice mainly on commercial and complex litigation as well as health care litigation. Chris has experience in both trial and appellate law, and has appeared before both state and federal courts in all types of complex commercial litigation, including contract disputes, business torts, employment disputes, trademark infringement, patent litigation, products liability, toxic torts, in addition to defense of physician liability and health care institutional liability claims. He also has experience in nursing home negligence, personal injury/wrongful death, consumer law, and defendant business litigation as well as consumer and putative class actions.
