Chris is an Associate in the firm's Corporate & Securities Section. He concentrates his practice in the areas of debt financings, secured transactions, mergers and acquisitions, private equity financing, and general corporate matters.
Chris has experience representing borrowers in all aspects of debt financing, including acquisition financings, senior and subordinate debt financings, asset based loans, and venture debt transactions. He also represents public and private companies in connection with mergers and acquisitions, equity financings, and general corporate matters. Additionally, he has a strong background in insolvency, workouts, and bankruptcy matters, with experience in all aspects of the Chapter 11 process.
Chris also serves as pro bono counsel to and on the advisory board for the Vision Collective, a grass-roots nonprofit organization aimed at raising awareness of HIV/AIDS in Ethiopia through collaborative art projects with Ethiopian children affected by the disease.
Chris is admitted to practice in Massachusetts, Delaware, and Pennsylvania. He received his B.A. in International Relations from the University of Delaware and his J.D. from Villanova University School of Law.
