Chris Wiebe was called to the British Columbia Bar in 2002. His practice areas include labour and employment law and general litigation.
Chris advises and represents businesses, employers and individual clients on a wide range of contract, labour and employment matters including collective agreement grievance arbitrations, labour relations matters, human rights complaints, employment standards complaints, post employment competition, privacy issues, workers compensation issues, injunctions and wrongful dismissal actions.
Chris has acted for clients in matters before various provincial and federal courts including the Supreme Court of British Columbia, the Human Rights Tribunal, Labour Relations Board and the Employment Standards Tribunal. Chris also provides advice and assists clients with respect to labour and employment issues in relation to commercial transactions, as well as preparing employment contracts, policies and procedures.
