Chris has a wide variety of business and real estate legal experience, including acquisition, development, financing, leasing and disposition of commercial properties, such as shopping centers, office buildings, subdivisions, mobile home parks; financing, including representation of borrowers and lenders; formation and representation of entities, including corporations, partnerships, limited liability companies and general and limited partnerships; review and preparation of condominium documents; preparation of prospectuses for condominiums and mobile home parks; representation of condominium associations and property owners associations; examination of titles, issuance of title insurance; 1031 exchange transactions; Title agent for First American Title Insurance Company, Chicago Title Insurance Company, Lawyers Title Insurance Corporation, Commonwealth Land Title Company, and Old Republic National Title Insurance Company.
Chris is board certified by The Florida Bar in real estate law.
Background
Chris was born in Toronto, Canada and has been a resident of Central Florida since 1957. He has been married to Carol Fear for over 40 years, has four children, and seven grandchildren and has resided in Lakeland since May 1973.
