Chris Guth concentrates his practice on complex commercial and corporate litigation matters and provides legal counsel to clients on a wide variety of business issues, including contract disputes, real estate disputes, and intellectual property. Mr. Guth regularly represents casino and gaming industry operators in matters regarding licensure and gaming industry disputes. Mr. Guth also represents lenders and financial institutions in a consumer finance litigation matters.
Mr. Guth currently serves as on the Executive Committee of the Philadelphia Bar Association Young Lawyers Division.
In law school, Mr. Guth founded the Duke University School of Law chapter of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America (now the American Association for Justice).

· Obtained verdict at a federal trial on behalf of international lighting products manufacturer resulting in recovery by client of $ 3.4 million
· Successfully represented credit unions before the Pennsylvania Supreme Court in a constitutional challenge to the credit union's charters
· Represented international automobile auction company in connection with a long-term land lease
· Representation of port authority in numerous regulatory, real estate, and injury-related litigation matters
· Representation of casino and gaming industry operators in licensing and industry-related litigation matters
