Biography

Christopher Ma's practice includes all aspects of intellectual property law, with a particular emphasis on patent prosecution in the computer, electrical and mechanical art areas. He provides strategic counseling to clients in managing and developing worldwide intellectual property portfolios. In addition, Mr. Ma has also assisted with several patent litigation matters.

A former software developer, Mr. Ma combines his technical experience in the fields of computer and electrical engineering with his legal training to assist clients in obtaining patent protection for their inventions and enforcing their patent rights. Mr. Ma has drafted and prosecuted numerous patent applications. Mr. Ma is registered to practice in patent cases before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.

Mr. Ma's clients range from individual inventors to Fortune 500 companies in a wide range of industries including aerospace and defense, financial, medical devices, and telecommunications. His pro bono activities include representation of unaccompanied children seeking asylum.
