Professional Experience
Christopher P. Borello practices complex patent litigation in a wide variety of technologies, including pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, mechanical devices, and computer technology. Mr. Borello has represented both plaintiffs and defendants and has experience litigating cases that fall under the Hatch-Waxman Act.
Prior to joining Fitzpatrick, Cella, Harper & Scinto, Mr. Borello was a senior engineer for a national engineering firm. While in law school, Mr. Borello was an editor of the Pace Environmental Law Review
