Chris Cashen is a partner in the Products Liability and Toxic Tort Practice Groups. He concentrates his practice in the areas of product liability, insurance issues, premises liability and commercial litigation. Chris has handled a variety of automotive, aviation, industrial equipment, pharmaceutical and recreational product matters in Kentucky and other states. Additionally, he serves as national counsel for an international medical products manufacturer. Chris is also a frequent speaker on risk management and premises liability issues.
Prior to joining the firm, Chris practiced in the Lexington office of Wyatt, Tarrant & Combs, LLP.
