Professional Experience:
Mr. Lam focuses his practice in the areas of corporate and business transactional law. For over 10 years, he has represented clients in matters such as mergers and acquisitions, securities, venture capital and private equity, commercial and government contracts, IP, health law, franchise and distribution, banking and finance, labor and employment, real estate, emerging growth and Internet/IT and e-commerce. He has extensive general corporate experience in organizing limited liability companies, limited partnerships, investment vehicles and other entities.
Prior to joining Parker McCay, Mr. Lam was a member of the law firm Dilworth Paxson LLP where he provided business, banking and financial services.
