Cipriani and Werner, P.C.

Cipriani and Werner, P.C. formerly Cashman & Cipriani, was formed in 1985 by attorneys David R. Cashman and Gerard J. Cipriani. Mr. Cashman sat on the Court of Common Pleas of Allegheny County by Appointment in 1988 and 1989 and was elected to a ten-year term in 1991. The firm now consists of over thirty attorneys in four cities who practice in the areas listed above. Although the firm's growth has been continuous, that growth has been controlled and has always been a function of the needs of our clients. In addition to the founding partners, Walter E. Werner, III became a partner in January of 1989 and anchors those attorneys specializing in the field of employer rights and workers' compensation. The firm became a Professional Corporation in 1993.
