· Associate Counsel representing a not-for-profit healthcare foundation in a lawsuit involving complex fraud and breach of fiduciary duty claims that resulted in the foundation's recovery of nearly $44 million
· Associate Counsel representing a large healthcare provider in a lawsuit arising from allegations of breach of an exclusivity clause in a contract from hospital payment denial management services that resulted in judgment in the favor of the healthcare provider
